Facial Reflexology - 70 minutes

A deeply calming, therapeutic treatment that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing. Facial Reflexology (Bergman Method) can help with migraines, bruxism (jaw clenching), Bell’s palsy, sinus issues, insomnia, anxiety, depression and more. The face is a microcosm of body’s systems and by gently applying pressure to specific points, we stimulate the body’s natural healing response - similar to acupuncture, just without the needles. Working in close proximity to the brain and cranial nerves, this treatment is profoundly relaxing and can have a powerful effect on the nervous system and overall health.

Ideal if you’re seeking supportive menopause relief or would like to try this treatment for the first time.
This is a complementary therapy and can be enjoyed alongside medical care or HRT.

Extended Menopause Reflexology – 110 minutes

1 hr 50 mins$247

A longer, more spacious menopause reflexology session offering deeper nervous system regulation and whole-body support.
This extended treatment allows additional time for facial, hand and foot reflexology, helping to ease ongoing symptoms, reduce overwhelm and support more sustained balance.
Recommended if you’re experiencing persistent symptoms or would benefit from deeper, ongoing support.
This is a complementary therapy and can be enjoyed alongside medical care or HRT.

I had a few treatments with Lucie now (facial and also foot reflexology) and can’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment Lucie arrived, everything was handled with such professionalism and care. The setup was seamless—calming music, essential oil, and a cozy, spa-like atmosphere right in the comfort of my own home. I was able to switch off and get into a state of deep relaxation.
